01 · Confirmation

When your booking becomes confirmed.

An enquiry, discussion or quotation does not confirm a booking. A journey is confirmed only after the required advance is received, necessary traveller details are submitted and DHURA issues written confirmation.

Stays, vehicles, guides and permits remain subject to availability until confirmation.

02 · Price

Everything clear before payment.

Your final quotation will state the total price, inclusions and exclusions, accommodation and room sharing, road transport, pickup details, payment schedule and package-specific cancellation conditions.

Services not listed under inclusions are additional expenses. Delayed payment may affect availability.

03 · Traveller care

Your responsibilities.

  • Provide accurate personal and identification details.
  • Carry valid government ID and submit permit documents on time.
  • Disclose relevant medical or mobility conditions.
  • Follow reporting times, local laws and safety instructions.
  • Respect local communities, nature and accommodation rules.

Extra expense caused by incorrect information, late arrival or missing documents may be charged to the traveller.

04 · Conditions

Mountain and high-altitude travel.

Journeys can involve long road travel, changing weather, limited connectivity and basic remote facilities. Medical consultation and suitable travel insurance are strongly recommended, especially at high altitude.

DHURA or its ground team may modify or stop an activity where continuing would create a serious safety risk.

05 · Flexibility

Necessary itinerary changes.

Weather, landslides, snowfall, road closures, permit restrictions, government instructions or local conditions may change routes, timings, accommodation, vehicles, pickup points or planned activities.

DHURA will make reasonable efforts to provide a safe alternative. Traveller-requested upgrades, route changes or additional nights may cost extra.

06 · During the journey

Unused services and conduct.

No guaranteed refund applies when a traveller voluntarily skips a confirmed service, arrives late, leaves early or does not report without notice.

DHURA may discontinue participation for illegal activity, harassment, dangerous behaviour, serious intoxication or repeated refusal to follow safety instructions. Resulting costs remain the traveller's responsibility.
